What TradeFlo collects
TradeFlo may collect account and business information, customer and project information entered by contractors, uploaded job files and photos, payment status, product usage events and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide, secure, support and improve TradeFlo; create project records and documents; send transactional communications; process connected payments; prevent abuse; and understand product usage.
Customer and job information
Contractors are responsible for having the right to enter customer, employee and job information into TradeFlo. TradeFlo does not sell customer project data.
Retention and requests
Information is retained as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution obligations. Contact TradeFlo for applicable access, correction or deletion requests.
This product-language baseline should be reviewed by qualified counsel before material commercial scale or expansion into additional jurisdictions.
