Use of TradeFlo
TradeFlo provides workflow, project, document and payment-support tools for contractors. Users are responsible for reviewing estimates, change orders, invoices and other outputs before relying on or sending them.
No professional advice
TradeFlo does not provide legal, accounting, engineering, code-compliance or financial advice. AI-assisted outputs are tools for contractor review and do not replace professional judgment.
Customer data
You represent that you have authority to provide customer, employee, project and jobsite information to TradeFlo and to communicate with those parties.
Acceptable use
You may not use TradeFlo for spam, impersonation, unlawful content, unauthorized access, interference with the service or violation of applicable law.
Payments and availability
Connected payment providers may have separate terms. TradeFlo may change or improve product features and may suspend abusive or unsafe use.
This product-language baseline should be reviewed by qualified counsel before material commercial scale or expansion into additional jurisdictions.
